In partnership with 826 Valencia and Paint the Void project I was given the honor to bring 826 Valencia student Marisol’s poem, ‘Misunderstanding’ to life. Located at the corner of Hyde and Eddy in the heart of the Tenderloin, I had the absolute pleasure of hanging out with community, sharing art, stories, food and joy. There are 3500 children in the Tenderloin. Read their stories, hear their words.
